I have very sad news about our friend, MoMark. Apparently, he had a cold that deepened into pneumonia, and he never recovered. He passed on May 13th (Mother's Day). This is not a joke. I asked him for "outside CD" contact info in case there was ever another ice storm or other situation where we'd be worried about him. I e-mailed him when he hadn't posted for a couple of weeks, and his twin sister sent me a reply detailing what had happened. I'm sure many of us will miss him here; I know I already do.
On a similar note, a good friend of mine had a stroke a few weeks ago. She should make a full recovery, but she's only in her early 40s. Please find your dream and go for it, whatever it is. And make sure you tell people close to you that you love them. You may not have the chance tomorrow.
I really do not know what to say. We share things with people on this site not knowing that one day they could be gone. Perhaps, we would've never known what happened to MoMark. I for one will miss him. I enjoyed his insight on so many topics. I agreed with his religious beliefs and I just thought of him as one of the good guys. He will trully be missed and I will be saying prayers for him and his family for I know this is what he would have wanted. Rest in Peace MoMark and shine on us from up above.

Sandy I hope you let his twin sister know how much we will miss and and how well respected he was.
Truly sad. There was much wisdom and good humor in his posts. I will reread some of them tonight. He must have been a joy to know personally. RIP, MoMark.
I have lost a dear friend. I feel very sad for myself because I will miss him, but I can rejoice in the fact that he was a Christian and he is with the Lord.
Very surprising news. I've been wondering where he was, I really enjoyed his perspective on things and will miss him. It is comforting to know that he was a believer and I believe he is likely enjoying his eternal life with the Lord. Please tell his twin how much he effected all of us here and that our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
I found out this afternoon, Pixie. His twin said that it's a "huge, shocking and tragic loss", but she appreciates how interesting and intelligent he was, and what varied interests he had. *sigh* People in my "real life" would be stunned to know how sad I am about this.
How sad, he will be missed. My prayers go out to his family and friends.
