Anyone know the symptoms? I have seen tv shows in the past where the kids within a certain amount of time of injesting these, just go crazy. Anyone know anything about this? I've searched online, but couldn't really find what I was looking for.
I don't know the symptons but look under "gluten free" It's a wheat free diet.
I have a niece and two nephews that are on a gluten free diet and are doing great.
For the sugar, look under diabetes for high blood sugar and hypoglacimic (sp?) for low blood sugar.
It would be an allergic reaction and therefore different for each individual. Also something that the medical profession has difficulty determining with the scratch tests.............there are other tests however the best would be an elimination diet................take away the offending food, one at a time, for a couple weeks and then reintroduce it................the body has been free of the food and the "reaction" or "symptoms" will be quite noticeable...............my boy got extremely hyperactive, giddy, unfocused and spun in circles when the sugar was consumed.
