Has anyone ever had to deal with a teacher removing your child out of thier class (elective) for no reason? Several child where placed on a probation but only one was removed, mine. I belive it to be personal and have been fighting with the school for over two weeks. Any ideas.

If the teacher doesn't want your child in the classroom why would you fight it? I would think it would make for an awful experience for the child and probably the teacher too. Let them be moved to a classroom with a different teacher and establish a new relationship that would be more positive.
Good luck to you and your child..

If a teacher doesn't like my child, I would rather he be out of that class. I am pretty sure my son has been removed from classes before in the past. Not when he was in public school, but in his private school. If there isn't a good fit between teacher and student, for whatever reason, no reason to place blame on one or the other, than they make a change to help both people.

So, the teacher just decided to up and suspend several students and remove your child for "no reason". What really happened?

Instead of asking this question on a random internet forum, why are you not up at the school personally speaking to the teacher? None of us are the teacher nor your son...the only two who truly know what happened...

I'm interested in seeing if this is even a valid post...

No... because all the teachers I know have a very good reason if they remove a child from their class.

What is your child not telling you?

I think it is extremely rare for a teacher to remove a child from their class. There is always a reason. If you do not know the reason I suggest you communicate with the school about the reason. I assure you that there is a reason.
