I work with a bunch of kids who smoke pot and I always hear them talking about buying drug paraphernalia at a sore descised as a phone store. I was just wondering why haven't the police shut it down? Do they just not know about it? Or is it becuse they can't? Or is it just good for the economy? I asked the kids and they said it was because there are signs there that say everything is sold for the use of tobacco, which is obveously not true.

We all know that the stuff that is sold at these stores is being used to smoke pot. I guess that as long as it can be used for tobacco, our hands are tied. Stay away from these people!

I hear what you're saying. We have one fo those stores here as well . they sell tobacco and cigars and such, do tatoos and body piercings etc, BUT their main business is, yep, you guessed it, bongs, marjuana pipes, glass pipes, scales little vials with spoons on the caps etc...come on people! Call it what you want, but we all know there is only ONE real use for these things

I haven't for the life of me figured out why the law cannot close them down either. They tried, and the place was closed for a few days, then BOOM, right back into business!

And we wonder what is happening to our young people

Trust me the cops would love to close it down. Where I live they get away with that by saying it is for tobacco. Wouldn't it be nice if the laws let the cops use a little common sense every now and then? Just stay out of there!
