The 1st question is can you? I'd suggest getting in touch with someplace in PA in the area you might be applying for EMT jobs. Ask them. They can tell you how to go about it.

I will add that you probably won't get payed as much here as you do in NJ, unless you'll be working in a big city.

I believe most EMT/EMS units in PA are run by the local municipalities (borough, township, city) So I would contact the local municipality in which you would like to work.

EMS Credentialing is handled by regional EMS councils. Here's a link to find the council for where you'll be living: Emergency Medical Services

I used to be an EMT in NJ, and when I moved to PA around 2002 PA and NJ had reciprocity. There was some minor paperwork IIRC, but I never followed through on it. I got the info on it from Bushkill Ambulance.
