Looking for Osman Elsek. He was in the US in 1998-1999. Last heard from just before the terrible earthquake in Istanbul. Believe that is where he was going to visit his daughter and fear he may have perished. Just before that he had been in Rumania. Any info would be greatly appreciated

are you sure about the spelling of his name? this passenger list was on ancesry...
