please help me , i am trying to trace parents for my best friend, they were last known living in Hampton, evelyn cooke (maiden name edwards) and charles burrell cooke, had a daughter called tracy, we are desperate to find them but dont know where to start, can you help or point us in the right direction,

There's a guy at Hampton University in University Relations office who they call Mr. Burrelle (he is very old) he's a photographer. I don't know anything about his family, but maybe you should try talking to him. (could be related) 757-727-5253

I know the people your talking about because I am Tracey Cooke and those are my parents. Which one of my brothers or sisters are trying to locate us.
