I've been looking for my brother, Leo John Cooper, born in St. Louis, Mo on May 3rd 1947 for the past 16 years. His last address was in Metarie. I moved to England in 1975 (with out Mother) and have not been able to find my brother since approximately 1994 although have visited New Orleans twice in approx. 2002 + 2003, after finding addresses for him, researching this on the internet. He is now 64 yerars old (I'm 60) and desperate to find him. Can anyone help? My e-mail address is ann.morgan3@tiscali.co.uk
Still looking for my brother Leo (Lee). Another year has passed, he wil now be 65 years old (66 on May 3rd). Would be eternally grateful for any leads/info from anyone who may have any information. Still so desperate for us to re-find one another. Stil trying to live in hope but with each passing year, find this increasingly difficult. Hoping for a miracle.

I'm sending you the address for a Leo Cooper who currently lives in the Metairie area.
Post any results you get as to whether your search is over or you still need people to help.
This Picture is not related to the address, I found this picture through other source and may not be your brother but this person in the picture is married to a Mary Cooper Moffat and I just don't have enough information to link them.
Keep me post it in your findings!
