In the meantime take a look at these from an old Libertyville phone book. Street names and communities are abbreviated.

Others can take a look and maybe find something.

Using your information I have found that A S Wood is Deborah's father. His name is Adelbert S Wood. Her mother's name is Jeanne. Found that Deborah was born in Iowa. I have also found that she was married for a second time in Indiana in 1991 and am looking for her in the Indianapolis area as Deborah Martin.
Thanks to everyone who has helped and to those who will help me more in the future. I am getting closer to finding her.

Well glad you or another member from the forum found her.
If you are sure you have the right one you can decide how best to make contact.

The one I sent you earlier is a current name and address in that Indiana county.
But with such commons as W and D and Martin very easy to get duplicates.
