Please help me find bio father (children, name, birth, California)

I am brand new at this and I need major help. I am trying to find a David John Perrin that is listed on my birth cert as my father. I was born in Bakersfield Ca, my mom lived in Kernville Ca when she was pregnant with me. His age is approx 59-60 (born in 1951) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
