I am curently in the process of writing a book and am looking for anyone who went to St Patrick's Elementary School, Maple Ridge in the 1970's. I'd especially like to get in conact with anyone who suffered the cruelty and inhumane actions of the nuns that taught there at that time.

Thanks!

Default To Maple Ridge Survivor

Hi,
I went to St Pats from 1975/76-1981/82 (k-gr7) I have a few horrible memories of that place.

You can email me at: nbunnic@gmail.com

I feel so sorry for you all that had to endure abuse. I hope you have found peace if not justice. Good luck. I hope the book goes well.

FYI ~ The original poster wrote that over two and a half years ago. Maybe the book is already finished. Seems it's been a long time coming for that news to get out. My mother used to tell us her own horror stories involving nuns when she was a kid.

I wish I would have seen her post a few years ago. I happened to stumble upon it when I was doing my own search re: that school. I would love to read her book and talk to her. I sent her an email but not sure if she got it. I hope to hear from her.

I am glad you two posted on this thread she started. It was kind of you to take the time. I am sure if she checks back she will be glad as well. If her book isnt finished yet I would love to giver her some information to add in it.
