Is this Binghamton, NY? Can you add some information that would be helpful in the search such as your mother's name, maiden as well. You said your mother lived with his father. Does she know his father's name? Do you know what your father did for a living? Any idea where he was born? Do you have a copy of your BC, and if so, does it state where he was born? Do you know your father's middle name, or at least an initial? Do you know if he had any siblings? What is your DOB? You said you are from PA, were you born in PA, and if so, where?
What avenues have you tried in looking for him? Google, Ancestry?
What were the circumstances of living with him, or when did you stop living with him? How old were you when you last saw him?
Lots of questions, but an answer to even one of these can make the difference of finding him. I don't mind helping, but you need to put all the information you know. Event the smallest detail can help.
