Hi! my name is Heather and I am looking for my family. I was born 08/10/1971 and from what I know was taken from my home in bucks county p.a by defacs.I don't know why.I was then placed in foster care until I was 3.I was adopted in 1973.All I have is a case # 706215 and a file #109576-71 the county is bucks and the township is Bristol.Please Help me I want to fill in the empty feelings I have.
