I contacted my bank because I bought a product but found it to be effective and when the company refused to issue me a refund, I told my bank what happened and they opened a case for me.

I did this once before when I got a mysterious charge from Best Buy for $60 and had no idea where it had come from.

Bascailly what they will do is investigate and cherge back if it was a credit card purchase, But if it was miore a warrnty issue then your stuck most likely;if it only guarnteed to fix or replace the product when purchase and not refund. Every different from a unknown charge.
