If I don't have the money to pay off the card in full, I don't use it.
Same here. I use the card mainly if I have to, and as a sort of emergency thing or as a short term micro-loan (like putting new soles on my boots or shoes, or a car or bike repair..can't afford that hit at one time, so I charge it and then pay-it-down in three installments).

I Usually use the debit card for normal purchases, and keep a running tally or spreadsheet to see how much im drawing down my account....like the old checkbook balances logs...& I can project out.

Credit Card is too easy..

Everyone has already taken you task on all of the other expenses, spending and budgeting, so I'll just harp on one separate item. Why are you spending $60 on any computer game these days? I'm not talking about pirating, I'm saying 99% of games released on the computer can be had for $30-$40 within a month of release and $15-$20 within a few months. I haven't paid $60 for a game in years. On your budget you can save a lot of money just by waiting a few months.
