I tried Googling and it was confusing and showed how much companies can charge not personal.

I would only charge like 5% to me safe, but does anyone know how much late fee is legal?

I've seen court shows where loans were nullified because they charged too much but I think it was less than 10%.

Don't forget that income from the rental/lease of personal property is subject to sales tax in Florida, too.
