I always like it when people skip out on their debts and then get really huffy when the creditors show up and expect them to make good on the promises they made of their own free will.

You would be wrong.....every state has a statue of limitations on debt collection. New Hampshire has a 3 year limit on open end credit cards but most states are 5-10 years.

While I can see your point......plenty of scummy credit card companies making billions off hard working people.
