I need a checking and savings account and am moving from Wells Fargo, finally. I really don't know where to go though. I literally only need a checking and savings account, but a bank with half decent customer service since I'm a guy who highly prefers to walk into a bank to do simple payments and transactions rather than go through a drive through ATM, since I can ask any questions and get things taken care of better. I'm thinking Bremer bank or Capital One, since they're closest to where I live and seem to be good. Or would a credit union be better?

Again: Just a quick checking and savings account, preferably, but goodish customer service.

If you don't need a huge network of physical branch locations, I'd look for a good local credit union. Often ATM transactions at other credit unions in the ATM CO-OP are free of charge. You'll usually get better rates and customer service from a CU.
