You can check your refund status at this IRS webpage:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

You need your SSN , filing status, and refund $$ amount.

You can read about the timing here:

I had an EIC. I got a message from Turbo Tax re: the delay, it said it would be Feb 28 at the absolute earliest. I got my refund on Feb 15.

OP filed for EITC credit. ALL EITC refunds were held, with 2/27 as the earliest date anyone might see their refund, if EITC was claimed.

See https://www.irs.gov/individuals/refund-timing for details.

Correct.

In my PARTICULAR instance, they held my Federal, but I did receive my State. Which is just weird.

I had thought I was current on my Government debt payment plans, but, apparently not. (Student Loans)

So. I suppose I will receive a letter...
