Another thread made me realize I need this. I don't want anyone to have to go to probate to access my funds. It's a real mess for others if we don't do these things. Most people delay these things until they are older but anything can happen to anyone at any time.

I don't have any individual accounts, it's either joint with rights or retirement accounts

Even on those a POD was established so that they didn't have to done if/once the survivor "inherited" or in case of both dying at the same time, like in an accident.
