I help take care of a small elderly dog. It's a girl dog so she doesn't lift her leg. lol Sometimes, she needs to go pee at night and tends to go by the edge, plus those pads aren't super absorbent. Or she can't hold it long enough during the day while everyone is gone. With the tray, it'll help protect the carpet and flooring underneath it.

I got one at a local pet supplies store. My dog refused to use a pad on the tray.

Dog diapers are a much easier solution to the problem. I use washable belly bands on my boy for overnights and when I have to leave him home alone. They also make washable diapers for female dogs. Got mine on Amazon.

Go to Lowes or Home Depot in the appliance dept. They have trays that fit under washing machines just about that size.

Or get a plastic storage bin and cut sides down as low as you need. The washing machine one sounds like a great idea though.

Aluminum oven liners are close to that size, and cheap.

Why not just buy a "storage tote" for about $10 and use the lid for the pee pee pads and the box as a toy or doggie supply chest?

I use a tray that was intended to be the bottom of a large dog crate. Ordered from Amazon without the crate. It's about 36" by 25". I use 2 or 3 pads at a time on it. A smaller tray would not work for my 23 lb dog--she needs some room.
