My wife told me of a television news report claiming the posiblity of Udunde in So. Philly not taking place due to lack of funds. It was also reported that Unity Day definately would not happen for the same reason. I live in Jersey and attend both of these events annually but am not up to date on these events this year. Is what i've heard facts? If so, I would like to know what can be done to change that?
TY

The festival happened on Sunday. But I believe they said they were asking all attendees to pay $1 to offset costs. But it wasn't canceled.
