I would just like to know which one is a better area to invest in a house queen creek, buckeye,santan,maricopa. i want to buy a house and put it on rent. please let me know.

none of those areas is spectacular....many have already tried what you hope to do....some say price appreciation will be nil for the next couple or so years - and slow for the years after that.....

you'll probably have to pay cash in full...

you may just want to invest in some conservative bond funds, instead......

Agree with AZdr. Tons of rental houses in these areas, and not so many tenants. And those that WANT to live in those areas can often purchase, even if their credit is weak, as there are lease to purchase deals out there. More supply than demand equals an bad investment.

You can buy up one of the houses someone else already lost their shirt on. Those areas are all too far out to commute to the city. I am looking in some of those areas but I already have tennants and will pay cash. If that is not your position you had better be prepared for long vacancies
