Hey guys,

I will be moving to the area shortly and would like to rent a studio for 6-12 months in a decent area in Phoenix or around, for about $400, can anyone recommend some places.
If any agents see this post and have some leads pls feel free to message me.

Thank you.

That's just west of Metrocenter, an aging mall. At your price, you aren't going to find the best area, but it's not the worst, either. Don't rent sight unseen, you need to come look around a little.

One of my friends had an apartment here:

North Mountain Village Apartments For Rent in Phoenix, Arizona - Apartment Rental and Community Details - ForRent.com

It was nice with all kinds of amenities, the area is not bad, and he did not have any problems. What is really cool is you are right behind a major shopping center. The area is very walkable to pretty much everything you need.

That is a pretty handy location. Bus service good from there, too, along 35th Ave, which takes you down to the Metrocenter Transit Center, as well as on Thunderbird. Fry's grocery store at 35th; Fry's Electronics (not the same company) a short distance the other way. I would check that one out.

I took a look at North Mountain Village Apartments yesterday, an interesting place, not bad, the apartments look decent, the staff was nice, but they need to make a sale, we'll see how it is if I move there!

Will go out today and take a look at some more places!
