Interesting, but isn't the humidity really low even in conditioned spaces.

On the news they said 1 ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight. For me that would be a little over 100 ounces. That isn't that much spread out over the entire day.

Big difference between 130 and 230 but you have it in the same category.

Fair point, let me see if I can edit it, to include another category.

So no, it does not allow me to edit after the fact. Makes sense since the poll is actively being voted on.

I was trying to identify people who drink purposefully and I thought 1-2 gallons would cover that.

One ounce per two pounds of bodyweight is good for the desert, however add plenty for exercising. Pissing clear is a good thing. Not sweating is a bad thing.

In the summer I drink 3-4 liters. All other times of year I'm right around the 64-80 oz mark

I drink virtually no water...even after hiking or golf. I know, I'm weird. Unless you count the water in coffee and beer...then it's a different story.

I drink, usually, only coffee and water during the day. Perhaps alcohol at other times. I usually do about 2.5 cups of coffee in the morning and at least a gallon of water throughout the day. I drink A LOT of water throughout the day. Whether at work or at home. It's not really a purposefull "I need to drink water" thing, I just like having a cup of water nearby to sip on.

I used to have quite the Dr. Pepper/Mr. Pibb addiction, but I just suddenly quit drinking soda one day and rarely do now.

I don't live in the valley, but I drink one caffeinated soda in the morning then switch to water the rest of the day on workdays. I use an empty 20oz soda bottle, maybe fill it three or four times.

After work and on the weekends it varies. How much water is counted in a can of beer? Need to know before I vote in the poll.
