Sure do miss Los Olivos. Been paying nearly $15 at Clean-Freak to basically wash/dry my car myself. Any good alternatives comparable to value & quality to LO??

Ever since Los Olivos closed, I've been going to Lindstrom Family Auto Wash on Indian School. They provide a good hand wash without the constant upselling found at some other places.

I used to go to Los Olivos too, yeah they were pretty great...

Since they're gone I've been going to Las Brisas Car Wash at 302 N 13th Place (13th St and Van Buren). They're not bad and even cheaper than Los Olivos was.

I find it so odd that Phoenix doesn't really have many touch-less car washes. Why is that?

But seriously, I do my own. No way you want those big automatic car wash brushes touching your paint. And even the hand washing has them using towels that aren't totally clean and free of dirt. It's a quick way to swirl your paint though.

Need to use microfiber towels to avoid swirls.

Sure, but even a dirty microfiber swirls paint.

I've watched enough of these car wash places use the same towel on numerous cars.
