Beautiful older Neighborhood near Central and Missouri Aves. Anybody know the price ranges of homes in Windsor Square?

My girlfriend lives near Windsor Square ... not right in the neighborhood, but very close to it. That entire area along and near Central Avenue north of Camelback is a greenbelt. Many nice, older homes and apartment complexes that are all very well constructed.

I have to add that I really like the various photos that posters like Homlish and HX Guy put here on a regular basis. The nice thing is that they consist of a VARIETY of views ... not just mountains, cactus, or sunsets, but a mix of the various neighborhoods, street scenes, the city skyline, and the progress of some of the construction projects. Keep up the good work, guys!

This was a nice area for many years, then the Jockey Club moved in after Navarres? closed in the Uptown Mall and the problems started in the neighborhood because of the night life hanging around the area. Residents used to hear gunshots sometimes. The mall was running guard dogs on the roof as I heard. After the nightclub closed, all returned to normal and is now a great area again. I see Dutch Bros. opened on the corner of Central and Camelback, good place to get coffee.

I hadn't thought about Navarre's in YEARS. I love that part of town too. Dutch Bros has built a few new stores around the Valley.. It's good to see something new happen in terms of business these days.
