I've had my new 70-300mm zoom lens for a little more than a week now and I am loving it! There's much to get used to and I haven't attempted any panning yet, but soon.

Ha Ha Ha... Kdog. I think it was happiness for them till they noticed you! It looks like they frozen in fear and are saying 'Oh, no, Honey, I think that human is watchin us...'
Yesterday morning I braved the week-end warriors (hunters, non local) and went out in the woods. I saw about fifteen mamas and a couple of young'uns. Just this one dad, though.

There's much to get used to and I haven't attempted any panning yet, but soon. 
I guess we can chalk this up to kdog being in the right place at the right time.
