Has anyone else heard about this or noticed them? I just heard this on last night's news.

Huh, I saw one on the pedestrian bridge leading to the West End Bridge. Didn't know it was "a thing".

I don't recall protractors having the ends of the circular part extend beyond the flat piece. In other words, why do these "protractors" have feet? Although I did a search and found some that do look like the ones being put up, so I'm sure that's what they're putting up, or at least what they've used for a template.

If you've looked at the West End, Ft Pitt or Ft Duquesne bridges enough I think you'd clearly see a bridge.

I think they look better than having Luke's name on the garbage cans, but hey that's another thread, lol. Maybe the task force should be after Luke, unless Snoop Dogg is on thier board of directors.
