CMU (Tepper) is the best, by a variety of metrics, and it is heavily recruited by a lot of great companies. That said, Pitt (Katz) has been ranked highly for return on investment, and is generally ranked in the top 50 by US News, Business Week, and other magazines. I know several people that are enrolled in each school, and they seem to be satisfied with their professors, exit opportunities, cost, etc.

This. No offense to Duq, but after Tepper and Katz, there's a sizeable drop-off in PGH-area b school quality and prestige.

I'd venture that Temple is markedly superior to Katz if you're seeking a job outside the region, but due to self-selection, the difference in local career placement is far less noticeable.
