Apparently some places are giving away a comic book

Free Comic Book Day is tomorrow -- find a participating shop here

Must be a national event as I found some places in Houston also giving away a comic book. Wonder if the Toonseum will try and capitalize on the event?

The local stores (Phantom of the Attic, etc.) are participating and have in the past. I'm disappointed we'll be traveling and will likely miss it.

They never give away Betty & Veronica comic books. I'm not into the sci-fi stuff.

Ok, I went to my first comic book store. It was pretty much as portrayed in Big Bang Theory They had a larger selection of free comic books but when I got there they were down to one, Atomic Robo. Can't complain as it was free...also bought an Archie comic for ol' times sake. They also sold a lot of action figures, the women anime were very attractive But for $110 and $160 each...I'll pass. Very nerdy bunch but the girls were well-endowed.
