Scott Twp has tons of Indians. It's basically Little Calcutta.

I haven't asked, but I don't think they are mostly Bengali.

The Indian-heavy apartment complex in Scott is the Carriage Park Apartments.

Just ran through there yesterday. Actually has a beautiful wooded park (Twin Hills) in the back of the complex. Lots of activity going on, tennis, basketball, families enjoying life.

I'm not sure about the elementary school there in particular, but Chartiers Valley is an above-average district overall. I wouldn't be concerned.

If schools are more important to you you could just locate in Mt. Lebanon, which is the next municipality over. It's less South Asian, but still very nearby.

If you're into that kind of thing, I think the whole area is fine.
