Obama has set monthly records for deaths of our brave heros since he took over.

Of course the former post the death tolls liberals wont even mention it anymore.

There lives revolved around counting our deceased heros for 6 years and now all of a sudden they are quiet as a little mouse.

Funny how the OP and others were cheerleading on the similar situation in Iraq oh not so long ago.

This is what happens when you send conventional forces to try to act as counterinsurgency specialists/peakekeepers in a civilian population.

It does not work.

many of us had loved ones fighting in VN and they had very similar rules. I doubt we will ever fight a war where we have carte blanche to shoot at will any more.

Perhaps that comes as a result of the fact that after 9 years, Obama has actually decide to fight it!

Perhaps a point of clarification might focus the mind, the record for fatalities in Iraq was 904 for 2007 alone, the total so far for 9 years of alleged fighting in Afghanistan is 1136! One more reminder, Iraq had absolutely nothing to do with why we are suppose to be at war to begin with.

Nonetheless, its nice to see so-called conservatives finally paying attention.

Wasnt it McChrystal who wrote those rules of engagement?

(original document here)

If they'd been ordered by Obama, would this

be happening so early and easily?
