Supposedly it was resolved with the last amnesty..obviously it wasn't as we are right back where we started after all this time.
Amnesty without any border control is just a blanket acceptance of open borders.
Just what Obama and crowd want to be. Cover up the open borders question with amnesty that would bring them on in a steady line of illegals who know they will become legal when some President wants them to be legal.
As I said, forget the Constitution and send Congress home since we would have, effectively a dictator.

Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America. But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security, and how do you suppose these people will vote?

If the employer has to pay the same wage, southward, then why hire an illegal immigrant and run all that risk?

Also, that's a lie about free health care for illegal immigrants.
I think if this really occurs, he very much risks impeachment or removal by the military. The nation would have no other choice. I am sure that even congressional democrats would be calling for his hide.
With no action, such a decision would precipitate states actively pursuing secession.
But if he were then impeached or removed, would that reverse what he had already done? How would it all work? What a mess!
