I would like to give this woman the benefit of the doubt, but it seems she's done everything possible to make her entire life history an impenetrable black box, just so that she can get on the SCOTUS. We don't know a single political view that she holds.

We know that she didn't want Military Recruiters on campus as allowed by law.
We know she takes money from Islamic groups though it defies some of her own beliefs.
We know she hold distain for at least some parts of the Constitution.

It is the Supreme Courts job to determine if Laws pass Constitutional muster not decide what the Constitution says.
That is known and very clear already.

All too often sections, such as the Commerce Clause, are twisted into something that is far from the meaning and intent thus changing the Constitution by judicial fiat which in itself is unconstitutional.
Thereby Lawless.

We need members that preserve our Rule of Law, not fit an agenda.

No, not trustworthy, not SCOTUS material. If she's confirmed it's just a sad reflection on how many insane members of Congress there are.

And tell me, what were Clarence Thomas' qualification?

Yeah, ummmmm, Bush was Selected by the SC.
That's not activist is it?

What's wrong, you don't want someone who doesn't agree with you on the courts?
Imagine how many of us felt over the years.

She'll get 63-64 votes easily. A quicker confirmation than Sotomayor.

Sure she can be trusted about as much as Ginsburg, Beyer, Sotomayor and Stevens. She can be trusted to turn this country into a European Socialist Clone. She can be trusted to uphold the law on slaughtering millions on unborn children every year. She can be trusted with a lot of things.

I heard that she's a careerist lawyer with no core principles. Is that true?
