I think you are right; its just that no one does anything about it b/c as someone stated earlier, in the eyes of the American's, men's breasts are not considered sexual objects.

There are some men with hot bodies who I wouldn't mind looking at, but there are also men with moobs who I really wish would keep their shirts on. I'm sure that the women you wish would go topless would be the last ones going topless as well.

Can you provide proof of these laws? In the context of this thread that is a pretty bold statement and I just want to know if you can back it up. Because I have frankly never heard of any of these laws.
