CNN is crap. MSNBC devotes almost their entire prime time, weeknights lineup to critical analysis of politics, although it admittedly is more critical of conservative politics.

But it's hard to blame any of their lineup for not going after the egregious conduct of the Republican Party. Their actions literally beg for someone to expose them, and the mainstream media does NOT do this.

I think Fox wants as many viewers as they can get and therefore try to have the best commentary possible aimed at the largest number of people. That means they aim more conservative but not completely to the far right. MSNBC is secure with their much smaller core liberal audience and apparently have no wish to attract other viewers either by being more professional, having better analysis or by targeting more main stream viewers. And I know Matthews, Olbermann and Maddow look down on their viewers and hold their intelligence and ability to care about the issues in question. That's why so many viewers have given up on them, they knew they were being insulted.

That Maddow and her oh so important sneer is a hoot. Can't wait until she blows up over some "girl" trouble.
