...What I find sad...is how people like Rush are willing to create an enviornment of such bad air....and degrade the seat of the Presidency...so that whomever takes office next...will be re-paid ten fold...

Ah, I remember when he said "Drug use, some might say, is destroying this country. And we have laws against selling drugs, pushing drugs, using drugs, importing drugs. ... And so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up."
Of course that was until he was convicted of the use of illegal drug use.
I am sure he would have no problem collecting welfare should the situation arise. And like all "conservatives" he has no problem with corporate welfare.

I agree Unemployment Insurance is Welfare and should be immediately dismantled!
In fact if we would get rid of unemployment insurance our unemployment rate would probably go down to 2%.
By the way my proof is this; All Self Employed People and Sole Proprietors do not have any of these unemployment welfare programs and continue to do their best at making an honest living.

Well if you get unemployment indefinitely it would seem that it is a correct statement.
