Very true. I read an article that said North Dakota doesn't have adequate housing or even hotel space to accommodate all the people moving there for jobs.

If they moved there in the spring or summer, just wait. After winter I am sure there will be LOTS of available room

I hear you. Climate is a lot bigger factor than most give credit for. You ever see those "best countries to live" type articles where they have Finland ranked near the top? No freakin way man here is Finland's weather:
Average high of 33 low of 18 in March? Average percent sunshine 4%-5% for three months of the year? They can keep that **** man, sounds absolutely miserable to me.
Isn't North Dakota one of the only states to have no population gain(or a very low increase) in the last 10 years? So was the unemployment rate consistently low for some time now, or is this a recent development?

It's like that since 2000.The population resumed there since 2008, many people go there to find a job.The worst unemployment rate in ND was during the crisis in 2009 (4.4%) but now it's 3.6% despite all these american coming there.
