I'd like to remind everyone that our government is not trying to save the nation, but to bring us to the point of collapse to destroy capitalism and bring about extreme socialism. There are no rational arguments here; no common ground to negotiate from. If we, the people, don't stand up in MASSIVE numbers to remind them who they work for and what we want, there will shortly be nothing left to save. Make no mistake, American can, and will, fail if good men and women do nothing. The present administration really believes that we will just figure it isn't worth the trouble and we'll just let them take our freedom and our Constitution away with hardly a whimper. Are they right? I for one will live, and if necessary die, a free American. Stand now, or forever live in slavery to the new socialist government. There isn't much time left to pick a side.
I don't disagree with what you say, but I do hate it when someone creates a new profile to post something they don't have the courage to say under their regular profile. I kinda doubt that you just randomly wandered in to this particular forum if you are looking for political discussion.

I was a California law enforcement officer for 5 years and left because the government was consistently interfering in investigations to avoid damaging politicians. I work in a rather less than glamourous job, but it's honorable and honest. How's that? I also wonder, as our country is presently under attack, why I'm answering someone I know nothing about. I espouse my views openly with nearly everyone I meet and felt I would be able to do so here as well. If not, oh well. I'll just keep on expressing them anyway.
It is not unusual as I said for people to post regularly under one nickname and then create another one to say things that they think might generate some heat. If that is not the case with you, I'm sorry. I've been online long enough to have seen a lot of that sort of behavior.
At any rate, you would probably be better off posting in the politics forum on the board as this particular board is really not meant for political discussion.

First, I was drafted in 1969 and fought in Southeast Asia. That being said, I'm afraid some of these younger people here will not really understand what you are saying. I have only posted here recently but from what I gather, it is mostly a mud fight around here with people posturing their talking head idols. Beware, the left-leaning socialists are the nastiest fighters.
Maybe if some of these posters actually spent some time in another country where there is no "rights" they might see what is happening with this administration. Any leader with a narcissistic personality (Hitler,Mussolini etc.) like Obama, is a danger to freedom.
