Well, well, it would seem Cheney no longer considers himself to be a part of the executive branch. Now he wants to keep everything a secret, including all the other secrets that have been secret.

This is in clear violation of our Constitution. I don't see how you can say this. You must be in that VERY low percentage of people who still approves of what this administration is doing. Boggles my mind. What's good about it?
We have no idea what Cheney is cooking up, but if it has to be exempt from any oversight, it's not good.
