YouTube - Serving the Obama Class Action Suit

When we got to the White House the Secret Service agents refused to let us leave the documents at the gate. Then the White House administrative office two blocks from the White House refused to let us in the door. We’re now mailing the President’s copy of the complaint to the White House. We could have mailed all of the documents, but personally serving them was an important symbol of our frustration with the current leaders of our government

The defendants now have 60 days to respond to the complaint, and only 14 days to respond to the motion for preliminary injunction from the time Obama receives his copy. Once the defendants respond to the motion, we will have 7 days to answer any arguments they raise. Then the Federal Court can either rule on the motion or set a hearing

Great to see Americans stepping up to fight the Commerce Clause. I believe it also had 26,000 signatures from American citizens is why it was that many pages.

If Pelosi and Reid want to sue the American majority then it is time to sue them to pieces.

so 26,000 people are to speak for 310,000,000? yeah, I don't think so.

To fight the commerce clause, you would have to challenge the Constitution, not the President.
