If the office of Vital Statistics pulled info for Obama's "short-copy" of a BC, they should have the "long copy".
No one would care if a copy of his 1961 HI BC was released proving he was born where he said he was.
To me? He's already in office. It doesn't matter. But PLEASE do not try and pretend that what he/HI released should NOT be questioned.

Where's the long copy? Why doesn't he have one? Where is the HI office of VS getting their info from?
Its not a short copy with tidbits of info. It is a legal birth certificate and considered so by every state in the country. As far as where they are getting the info, its kept on record in the state. In fact all records in Hawaii are now computerized records. Again, its an official document, and official birth certificate in the state of Hawaii.
Btw, why are you asking for Obama's long form birth certificate (even though an official legal birth certificate has been released) when you didn't ask for a Bush birth certificate??

not hung up on it at all. I know lots of folks are upset with both parties. however in my lifetime I doubt very seriously a third party candidate can get enough votes to upset a dem or a rep. you need a heck of a lot more votes to win than the 3rd party people can muster.
