Sebelius: Time for 'Reeducation' on Obama Health Care Law
Sebelius: Time for 'Reeducation' on Obama Health Care Law - The Note

The Administration believes we just don't understand that government in its wisdom is doing what is best for us.

If Sebelius' "re-education" efforts fail, what's next? Re-education camps?

No the government, in the this case the Obama administration, believes quite correctly that most folks indeed DON'T understand not "government's wisdom" but the general public's understanding of the provisions contained in the healthcare amendments.

Now whey you are sent off at gun point to some imaginary "FEMA" camp where you are forced to sit through healthcare indoctrination classes rather than a flood of public information announcements, interviews with government officials and news stories you can come back and start another hysterical and non-analogous thread about authoritarian regimes.

The price of liberty is perpetual vigilance. Is there a legitimate reason for the government to specify how I finance my personal health care? To outlaw the form of coverage I prefer, high-deductible? If it has the right to do that, what is beyond its power?

But you are right, this is hysterical. I hysterically oppose the arbitrary and senseless infringement on the rights of a free people.

Sebelius believes in late term abortions. I suspect that will be part of her re-education plans.

This is the first administration I recall trying to re-sell legislation that they have already signed into law. That should tell them it takes more than a load of BS to make the Marxism go down.

1st paragraph typical elitist liberal mindset.

2nd paragraph silly rantings as we all know that the Wolverine resistance will never be taken by the Communists alive. (sarcasm)

This type of speak has been a consistent theme with the out of touch crowd of elites Obama has surrounded himself with.

All hail the new ruling class.

Perhaps the answer is more simple.

Perhaps the people understand Obama's bills and his policy and just disagree with them. This is the odd thing about Obama- he KNOWS he is right about everything. If there is dissention, he sincerely believes that it is simply a matter of an error in "delivering the message", not a flawed policy.

The hallmark of an idiot is not one who beats thier head against a brick wall, but one who, in the recognition that the wall is harder than the head, continues to do so. Obama is that idiot.

Elitist mind set? Considering the massive disinformation program mounted by the GOP, to say that most people don't understand the actual provisions of the healthcare bill would be a gross understatement.

Do you remember how well off the Wolverines wound up at the end of the movie?

Thankfully Obama's pathological narcissim will be the undoing of his political agenda.

Oh come on now, Sebelius doesn't consider everyone an idiot, just some. When some people belligerently yell "keep your government hands off my Medicare" well you have to admit, she actually has good reason to not see everyone as a genius. And it's this small number of freaking idiots who necessitate a good explaining of how our healthcare system works. Seriously, how else do you reason with unreasonable people? Pander to their misunderstandings? That doesn't help anyone.
