uumm.. There is a "cure" being worked on right now, some dude in his garage figured out, inject a form of copper into the cancer cells and heat them up. ANOTHER one is a natural supplement shown to have AMAZING anti-cancer properties, of the very limited and few studies done. That how that is though, can't patent it, so no funding is given... This is how things are, and our "medicine" also, can't make money off it, then its not going to be pursued. Cures=no more revenue from patches.
Apparently its not a cure, the patients relapse after 6 months... I did a quick google search and there were like 2 links about it (and one was the youtube video)... the other was a "conspiracy" theory type website asking people to give them $70k in cash for the entire treatment that the former doctor created... apparently someone in Minnesota... I don't know the circumstances well enough to comment but so far its not panning out to be an AIDS cure coverup at this point...
swansen is unfortunately right. if there is little money to be made by big pharma, they have no interest in the cure, and if they have no interest then neither does the FDA. many years ago i read an article about using hydrogen peroxide as a possible cancer cure. initial testing showed real promise, but when the FDA testing rolled around, their doctors refused to follow the protocols set up by the original physician, and at the end called the tests a failure.

Secondly, you will need to go to ground after posting this truth. They are coming for you. What may seem like people walking their dogs (the dogs are really recording devices) and joggers are now watching you, waiting for the strike team to assemble in the helicopters.
You need to leave immediately and get to a safe house. Best if the walls are lined with tin foil so your thoughts can't betray you. Buy heavy curtains lined with metal wire, keep them shut. Watch out for plumbing, keep it shut with a plug and use a bucket for your sanitary needs (from rain water of course, no fluoridation). They can send recording devices to read your mind through the plumbing while you sleep. Be sure to change your clothing style and shopping habits. They will be watching your friends and family too. Only access the internet in changing locations from public stations (libraries, universities, etc...). Live free in the urban wilderness till they are toppled from power and you can come out of hiding. There will be a call when everything is safe.

Sure, I definitely agree with the notion that if there is little to profit, they will not pursue it. But I've always wondered if, for some reason, they did decide to reveal these cures...How would they go about distributing it?
I don't buy it.
The glory and fame that would be heaped upon anyone who were to discover a real cure for HIV (and cancer, even more so) pretty much makes a mysterious 'cover-up' a non-starter.
