Now, I generally do not give the least bit of notice to the ongoing silliness of the former governor of Alaska, however, this is just too ironic to pass without comment.
It seems that the ex-Gov still doesn't really understand a few basic concepts of the Constitution. Can't say I am that surprised:

Oh, and how 'bout those classy retorts from the kids. Yep, Republican family values on full display.
Good grief, you actually read this stuff?
I read some of the link, and it was akin to visiting a woman's beauty parlor, on the day the towns worst busy-bodies and gossipers got together to get their hair done.
If you are going to link to a blog page, full of petty, vindictive, meandering, gossipy, childish, senseless, over emotional gossip, you could at least highlight the juicy tidbits that set you off into a tizzy, and not force everyone, who follows the link, into a total waste of time.

So your concept of freedom of speach only applies to those you agree with, all others should be silenced.
Are you a member of the current administration?
Sorry what? I am 100% behind freedom of speech, even for those nuts like the members of the Westboro Baptist church.
The woman who brought and hung the banner had permission to do so. Mrs. Palin's entourage had no right to tear it down. Simple.

100% in favor of something while at the same time attempting to limit it?
My comment stands while your answer would appear to be hypocrital.

Mrs. Palin was not exercising her freedom of speech when she tore the banner down. She was infringing on the freedom of speech of another person. The hypocrisy is that Mrs Palin embraces the concept of freedom of speech when she criticizes the President and his administration, but doesn't tolerate that same concept when the criticism is leveled at her.
I'm amazed at the lefties' continued obsession with her. It's crazy. You people need to get some lives.
I can't think of another person more worthy of ridicule than Palin....
