True, you nasty hag.

This is truly unprecedented, well, if the goal is to eliminate private health care, which IS the stated goal of obama, maybe not.

Repeal is rolling.

Isn't this EXACTLY WHY you don't want the government running things? They can pick and choose, based on who tows the line and who doesn't, who they will destroy.
Maybe Obama should do things differently, however, F the health insurance companies. They can all go to hell as far as I'm concerned. In 10 years these blood suckers will be on a diet for sure.

ROFL..ok..define "unjustified" ?

Obamacare has opened the door to higher rates. Just who did they think would absorb the giveaway of these rights to healthcare with no cap and no refusal ?

Corporations started right after the bill was passed regarding the added costs.
Insurers had to go figure out "stuff" before they came out with premium increases.

I didn't see anything at all in Obamacare where they actually FIXED the increasing cost of health insurance. They just added more to the pot and made the pot bigger and without bounds.

cool, and when you or I get majorly sick I expect taxes from everyone else to pay for it.

Insurance has been raising rates for several years before Obama came into office. I am not defending the Democrats current legislation but there is something wrong with health care in this country for a while.

It is not a free market benefiting consumers when all insurance prices are similar, all raise rates, all don't care about competing, all raises deductions while slashing coverage.

General welfare cannot contradict itself. If general welfare comes at the financial penalty of others, it's no longer general welfare except to proclaimers of social justice.

No prob. "Unjustified" means above the actual increase in the cost of providing service.

Man are you living in a cave? My rates have been rising fast for years, long before anyone knew who Obama was. Now these thieves will have 40 million more people they can bill on top of raising their rates like they've been doing all along anyway.

How does "protecting the general welfare" equal to "health care is a right"?

I actually support free markets, competition breeding excellence and competition breeding lower prices and all that. Two cable companies lowering costs and or offering more service to gain a customer for example. Where is that in health care?

Talk about government staying out of business way, when health business goes to government to create laws of protect! I don't see the health business as a whole wanting a free market plus you don't ask for a estimate usually when you need real medical help.

Given that insurance cannot be sold across state lines, that might provide a clue. Simple graph theory can easily prove that the customer/vendor combination explodes when you open some doors.

That I can't argue with.
