Socialist? If you think Obama has done anything that is deemed "socialist" you've been reading and listening too much to FAUX news

Gosh, I don't know, why don't you ask Obama's advisors, oh I'm sorry, I'll use your term, the "extreme political fringes" in the White House Oval Office who refer to it as "the Politburo?"

The only political sticker I've had on my car said 'Republicans for Voldemort'

Juvenile? Sure. But it made me smile

Bush lied. People died.

That's true.

That was a good bumper sticker.

Americans need constant reminders. We are a media frenzied, ADD nation. One botched "war" comes to an end and we are so happy to see the troops come home but segments of the population are still peeved and will spin it any way they can to attack the current POTUS.

Give the unhappy what they want and they will be pacified for all of a minute. Babies don't take their pacifier when something is really wrong, they keep crying. And crying. Much like American citizens who will never be satisfied. Something is deeply wrong.

Fyi, the idiots that use the term socialist on this thread in connection with Obama are not even worth responding to at this point. While they probably are privy to the socialist aspects of American society they toss the term around as if it's insult and something separate from them. Bottom line: don't even engage when people call Obama a socialist. People who start this namecalling are clearly short a few. Just saying. Could save us a few brain cells not even getting involved in their damage.

Obama claimed he would end the war in Iraq and close Gitmo, he's done neither. He changed the name of the war in Iraq which hasn't really slowed down the death rate of the near 50K soldiers still in the country fighting a renamed war.

Obama lied, people died. People also lost their jobs because of his lies, people are going to lose their health coverage because of his lies. Hopefully there's still a country to fix once he's out of office in 2012 otherwise his lies may be the death of us all.

I know that's a lot to fit on a sticker but NOBAMA works for me.

I am not a big fan of Obama, but I will give him one full term before assessing him.

The funny thing is I haven't seen one thing where the Republicans have compromised with Obama. For 2 years its been no no no no no. Obama isn't even that far left. If he was, there would have been no healthcare bill without a public option. Banking laws would be tougher, or nonexistant. Taxes on the rich would have already gone up. Obama has been willing to compromise the whole way. However the republicans can only say no to anything he offers.
