Interesting article, reminds of the book several years back, "what's the matter with Kansas" that explored how folks align themselves with a political party that has anything BUT their interests at heart but that appeals to their sense of identity (conservative, deeply religous, independent).
Oh yeah because Rolling Stone is the be all/end all of media fact & wisdom right? Seriously? Are you out of your fking mind? Oh wait, you're a liberal nevermind.
Obviously, the reporter is writing 'from the left', but the part about Mr. Skousen (and his book The 5,000 Year Leap, which Mr. Beck apparently teaches from) is disturbing, to say the least.
LOL, my guess is you don't know very much since Rolling Stone is what you consider an authoritative source and you don't even know the name of the movement!
Rolling Stone was considered just wonderful by the RW when Gen. McChrystal talked to them.
Not really. I don't think what they did to McChrystal was the ethical thing to do, nor was it appropriate given that we have troops in harm's way. Part of the blame lies with McChrystal for allowing RS to embed with him though. Not too smart on his part.

Excellent investigative reporting articles can appear in many publicans other then the mainstream media of fox entertainment network. Some people are able to think out side the box and identify that there are other sources of talented research and writings. So after you read the article and connected the dots you might have learned something more about the tea bag movement other then the Glen Beck propaganda. It’s just something to think about is all,,,, can you disprove his research or is he correct about the tea bag party?
