I'm not a tea partier, nor against "educational" expenses, I simply pointed out the hypocracy.. If anything, I'd prefer NO tax deductions with a lower tax rate.. but thats a different subject..

Constitution of the United States of America is a document for the CITIZENS, this is basic Civics (not an assumption).
Constitution is NOT about a chunk of land, that would be a property deed (an entirely different legal instrument).

If you prefer NO tax deductions then you ARE indeed against educational expenses' tax deductions.

Wrong... its a document which says what the GOVERNMENT can not do.. It has NOTHING to do with citizens. This is basic 101.. Even Obama disagrees with you.

But, the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth, and of more basic issues such as political and economic justice in society. To that extent, as radical as I think people try to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn't that radical. It didn't break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution, at least as it's been interpreted, and the Warren Court interpreted in the same way, that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. Says what the states can't do to you. Says what the federal government can't do to you, but doesn't say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf.

Again, find me ONE section of the Constitution which says the government is responsible for YOU or ANY citizen!!
